Jim uses his vast experience in representing both franchisees and franchisors to help survivors pierce the corporate brand when the hotel knew or should have known their franchisee was allowing human trafficking to occur on the premises.

Jim’s background includes graduating cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1996, and has since been named a Georgia Super Lawyer each year from 2013 through 2016, and received a highly-coveted distinguished rating from Martindale Hubbell National Legal Directory, a rating recognizing his competence and integrity.
