Kathleen Hart

Kathleen is a Partner in the Corporate Group of Andersen, Tate & Carr who uses her expertise in corporate and franchise system structure to assist in designing litigation strategies so that suits on behalf of survivors target those hotels and related companies that are involved in sex trafficking and profited from trafficking activities. As part of her general practice, Kathleen provides corporate representation to clients in a wide variety of industries: providing counseling on entity structure and organization; owner agreements; business sales and acquisitions; franchising matters; venture capital investments; regulatory compliance and general contract negotiations. Kathleen graduated summa cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2006, and then served as a law clerk for the Honorable J.L. Edmondson, Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
