Kathleen Guy

Since graduating cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1990, Kathleen has gained significant experience in franchise lending, the acquisition, development, financing and sale of retail and office centers, industrial properties, and residential subdivisions throughout the metropolitan Atlanta area.

Kathleen utilizes her vast experience with franchisees and franchisors to help survivors in their pursuit against franchised hotels and their corporate brands that allowed trafficking to occur on their premises.
