Melody is a Partner at Andersen, Tate & Carr who successfully maintains an Estate Planning and Probate practice, with focus on representing individuals, executors, and trustees in fiduciary disputes.
Through her practice, Melody also assists clients with estate planning, including preparation of Last Will & Testaments, Powers of Attorney, and Healthcare Directives. Melody has been in practice for over 17 years, and has been recognized multiple years as a Georgia Super Lawyer by Law & Politics Magazine, a designation reserved for only 5% of attorneys in the State of Georgia.
Melody uses her knowledge to help survivors protect the money they receive through multiple legal avenues, working closely with our team’s financial advisor for the benefit of survivors.
